The company is accredited with ISO 9000:9002. The range of activities within A.G. Industries substantially encompasses the whole of the plastic component manufacturing processes, which comprise of Plastic Injection Moulding and Mould development activities. It also provides sub-assembly services as an extension to the finishing activities.

Production Facilities

A.G. Industries always goes for the cutting-edge technology. Keeping pace with technological advancements, the Company has installed JSW machines from Japan, Goldstar machines from Korea and Ferromatik Milacron Injection Moulding machines. Now the company has a production capacity of 500 tonnes (per year) of engineering plastic components and plans to double it in near future. The A.G. Industries plant is equipped with essential auxiliary equipment required for precision moulding like mould temperature controller, chillers, hot runner temperature controller etc. The unit has a highly dedicated staff of around 200, comprising of competent engineers and skilled operating personnel.

Future Plans

With the present capacity to accommodate more than 40 injection moulding machines and other realted facilities the production unit is going to have automatic material drying and conveying facilities coupled with robots. The company proposes expansion in the areas of other product segments, such as plastic components for multi-media technology products, computer peripherals and consumer durables like televisions, washing machines and refrigerators etc. The company also aims to delve into Tool Making, Blow Moulding etc.

The company possesses 24 injection moulidng machines having latest micro processor, controller, essential features and auxiliary equipment.
MOULD DEVELOPMENT
The company has capability of getting moulds developed from local and foreign sources. Having successfully developed auto and consumer electronic moulds for OEM's.
PAINTING & PRINTING
The company possesses full-fledged facility for painting and printing automotive and consumer-durable components.
ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS
The company possesses facility for assembly operations like Air Cleaners and Box Battery of different models of motorcycles.
